Our progress

Here you will find our progress. We started this diet on Wednesday 8 August 2012 after seeing the BBC Horizon on BBC iplayer the previous night. We went straight into it and we will chart how we do for you to see for yourself its impact. We have committed to weighing ourselves just once a week – however tempting it is to have a sneaky peek in between!
