Mmmm….what’s it to be?

 

 Thinking about food shopping and what to eat tomorrow for our first fasting day of the week.  Gonna stick to one meal I reckon…..am thinking Chicken Chow Mein made with loads of fantastic fresh veggies. Last time we added some Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce into the wok with the noodles – at just 37 calories for 1 tablespoon it really gave it a lift. We used soy sauce too which again is low at just 10 calories per tablespoon.
